Selling your home can be a very exciting and extensive process but it should never be stressful. The day you list your property with me I begin a detailed marketing plan. Then closing is just around the corner.
My Sold Listings
How I sell homes...
The most important part of this process is preparing your home. During our initial consultation I spend time discussing staging opportunities for your property. I will then take a tour and record detail notes on key selling features and amenities of your home. At this point in time I will schedule an appointment for our professional photographer to come out and for a luxury sign to be installed. Once I have received the photos we list the property in the Multiple List System. This is our most useful resource. The MLS system is what all Buyers Agents use to find homes for their clients. The detailed description in the listing will include key phrases and words to ensure maximized SEO. The uploaded listing will automatically syndicate to Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia. The property then will be uploaded to several Social Media pages including mine, Picture Prefect LLC, Perry Wellington Realty and many more. All social media tags will use SEO specifics to your property. The virtual tour will be published on Youtube and Pintrest. Your custom property website will then be activated along with a custom sign rider with website posted at the property. Print advertisement is not necessarily a thing of the past but in order to remain productive timing and sources are key. All print ads will be discussed with clients on an individual basis. The ads are most effective when advertising a public Open House. I will also suggest a Brokers Open be used to create activity in the local Real Estate market. I have spent 15 years developing a database filled with local and global agents, potential buyers, and investors. The listing will be the subject of strategically timed email blasts.
The items I am sharing with you now are just a few of the daily marketing techniques used to sell your property!
